Well, you should acquire the entire donor vehicle so you can pull whatever you need. You will need the PCM, and you will probably need to fab the motor mounts. But so long as you make sure you have all the parts off the donor vehicle, it is straightforward as far as swaps are concerned. I believe there are kits to help the swap along.

A donor vehicle would be ideal. I've done some swapping and the donor is worlds easier than junkyard runs because most likely a junkyard in a convenient location from you won't have everything and it is a mega PITA to have to drive a long way several times for stupid little things that you don't think of. Plus the donor vehicle may have many other things that you want off of it and then when you're done, sell your old stuff, part the donor out and voila, you make money back, break even, or even profit on a super duper f n bad@$$ swap. Just think of it as a parts store in your driveway with the exception of things like pilot bearing/bushing, throwout bearing, gaskets, etc that you don't want to reuse but hey, those are cheap!
