injector question help
96 250 powerstroke 144,000 mi
i buzzed all my injectors. pulled the codes from puter p0269 cyl 3 bal fault. i ohmed all injectors at the idm plug reading 3.2 ohms on each
injector. ipr new cps new uvch new gaskets new icp checks ok
575psi at 650 rpm. can someone tell me if i should change the injector
or what else could cause the miss in engine. new fuel pump,cleaned
fuel bowl/strainer, new fuel lines, no oil leaks,new glow plugs
new pigtails. help please. i have a spare injector. not sure what
else to check. i also ohmed engine wire harness. found no shorts

I would swap the injector in question into another hole. See if the problem, in this case the miss follows the injector. If it does follow, its the injector. If it stays in the hole, then you have something else wrong.

i unplugged the injector and it only changed idle very little. if i unplug the other
injectors , it is a drastic difference. i pulled the injector out. i will install different
injector saturday .
