help with my v10
i have a 2001 f-250 super duty v10. when it rains hard my truck starts acting wired such as when im taking off its like it missing or someting and when im at 45 mph and it goes into overdrive and i hardly give it any gas with out it down shifting it makes the hole truck vibrate but the only time this every happens is when it rains hard and i replaed the fuel pump thinking it would fix it but it didnt. any thoughts? thanks

COP = Coil over Plug..
basicly its the a coil overtop of a spark plug all in one.
theres a small rubber boot that seals out dirt/moisture.. when they dry out, they tend to crack and allow crap inside where it can play havoc with your electrical..

Start by checking the two plugs closest to firewall. Your cowl might be letting water fall into the two cylinders and causing a misfire. Mine were rusted slightly and this is the only place I can figure the water came from.
