Unable to program Hypertech because of code 302

Have a 2000 Excursion 7.3 Diesel . Trying to program the truck with Hypertech but it won't allow because code 302 pops up. Any solutions?

I would advise you to check out the 7.3 forum and see what those guys say. I'm sure they would say to have your truck custom tuned.
