Well the first thing you would need would be a complete Power Stroke engine. The IDI and Power Stroke are two different engines so you need a complete engine, the full under-hood wiring harness with all computers and probably the dash board.

Just for information you can but a set of eight injectors for the IDI for the price of one injector for the Power Stroke, so yes, keep the IDI and look for a turbo kit. A turbo really wakens them up.
