I found a Mitchell manual in the library that has pretty good detail on the CFIs, they are out of print but there are a few around. I've been to Safford on AT with the Guard when it rained, it was painfully muddy, out by the big flat area next to the airport.

I have taken many trail rides near the airport in the Gila River. In fact, the pictures in my gallery show me (and others) stuck in the river.
I think I am gonna save the 302 for something else and stick with the 300 for now.
