this is not the best way to disable speaker. just cut one wire short to ground when key is in ignition (it is separate wire to lock cyl, not the switch). but do not damage immo pick up coil (2 wires)!
if you disable speaker you will not get alert of headlamps on when you are out of car.

or you can just take some chewing gum and jam it in the button thats near the hinge of the door!
