PCM istall problem

2004 e 350 6.0 turbo diesel I have a rebuilt PCM from AES the old PCM had a 602 code and the van still ran but had some issues . ok i disconnected the battery completely before i installed the new PCM put everything back together checked under hood fuses. i have power but no start power and the fuel pump doesn't operate.

but glow plug indicator operates as well . also it i hook up the livewire to read the PCM it doesnt see the PCM ok what am i doing wrong

Do they advertise it as already being programmed? You may need to get it flashed.

thanks for your replies . they said it would be programed to my truck but may need flashed i guess that could be the problem i was hoping it would be something simple and i guess that is

well the truck is at the dealership and they are not having much luck .
they are not getting a connection to the pcm either
boy am i going to pay
