Well they came and got the majority of his things just some clothes and little stuff they didnt get. They were social today no comments or anything other than the normal. His mom asked me if I thought he would get prison time and I told her the truth " I don't know". The only bad thing is the bailiff came out and served the subpoena's this morning. I got one, my mom got one, and my wife that was ordered back by the military got one. Down fall is with all this going on its going to put of behind on bills for her to come back up here. She is going to talk to JAG and I have a call into the prosicutor to see if we can do it without her coming all the way back up here.

Well that is a nice and quick turn around on the court date. Glad to hear that it is not pushed too far out for you. Lets hope that this all gets cleared up and in your favor. Good luck man.

I hope it goes good and quick. The most that can happen is he gets off with nothing more than a little slap on the wrist or he goes up for some decent time and big fines either way I have no worries for that just. The only real concern I have is if him or his family decides to come after my mom. But I hope they are smarter than that.

Well court is over. He will have to go back in about 30 days for sentencing but he took a plea bargan to drop 2 charges. The arresting officers were mad they said it was BS they went from almost shooting him to him getting almost nothing. As it sits now the max he can get is 9 months in jail and $1750 in fines + court cost. But he is probably going to get probation and no jail time. In truck news I have had 2 major issues . 1 My rightside I-beam is bent and being custom drop beams the shop may not be able to bend it to fix the alignment. And 2 While in court someone tried to steal. When they tried to hot wire it they must have got scared off or couldnt figure it out and left the wires dangling and tuching the dash. When I went out to start the truck it wouldnt do anything so I knew something was up I checked my antitheft power kill and it was pulled. (I installed the same style pull cable for the shaved doors as I did for a battery kill) I reset my battery shut-off and then all I saw inside the truck was smoke. I had a friend flat tow me home and I did a mad scientist quicky wiring job to get it to start and the lights to work. So once I get it home (texas) I will find me a wiring harness and make it right. I really hate this state/ area cant wait to get out of here. I wont know till tomorrow if the shop can do the alignment or not so hopefully they can or I am going to be chewing up another set of tires. Either way I am leaving this place no later than saturday morning.

I hope he does too. But as for the luck it seems if it werent for bad luck I wouldnt have any luck at all. LOL I am used to it my whole life has been this way so I dont sweat the little things. I am just glad they didnt break a window or worse yet get away with the truck that would have broke my heart. So my spirits are still up I just keep looking to the bright side that I will be back with my son and wife in a few days. Then all will be good. Plus its seems my luck is better in texas lol.
