How long would it take to idle down to there from a cold start of a few weeks? This one sounds like it's running around a grand but no tach so i'm not sure.
It's a manual. the truck i'm looking at still, idled high the whole time it was running, but that was only for a few minutes, and the temp outside was around 70 or so if that really changes anything.
