Anyone have HID's installed in there Expedition. Im going to purchase a set and i just wanted to see if anyone has any recomendations, or input on the subject. its a 2001 Xped with 9007 bulbs.
I put the Sylvania Cool Blue lights in. Not really blue, but very white light compaired to stock. These are not HID, those will run you $600 and up. But I am really happy with the light output and the wide range these bulbs cover. Got mine at Kragen for $22 for the pair.
[updated:LAST EDITED ON 07-Feb-02 AT 12:06 PM (EST)]FYI...
I found the setup for my truck. Sylvan Offers a package that is specifically designed for Ford, and specifically designed for Chevy, Etc. It comes complete with replacement housings that are designed to properly focus the light the way it should be, rather than just Installing a HID assembly in a housing specifically designed to disperse Halogen light. I think ive researched damn near every credible HID supplier out there. I've Decided to go with the Sylvan Assembly, and i just wanted to post the website here, if anyone else is interested.
