I am not sure Ford did this as I have never found or seen one for a light duty (up to one ton) truck. I have found line sheets for the larger Louisville line of trucks. I am curious as to this too, so we shall see if someone answers this with more knowledge.
Found the one for my '77 F100 under the seat, in the springs. Found a couple pieces, what the rats didnt get, under the seat of my '77 F250. Ive run across a few late 80s that were behind the seat, piled in with trash.
I'm drivin a 91 F150 right now and I checked and found it stuffed under the seat weaves into the seat springs. Hope that helps.
I will take a look with a mirror and flashlight and see if it is up there. I have looked before-but I may have missed it. Was it on the driver's side of the bench seat? Could you post a picture of your build sheet?
Sorry for the late reply. Out helping lady in distress. I don't have any pics for you. It was in the middle if the bench seat clost to the back. It was folded up. All I did was fold the seat forward and start fishing around with my hand and found it.
i too found paper stuff under my seat. though it is to tattered to make out. i did possibly find a contact email. to get new build sheets and if it works i will post it up
I checked under the seat of my 95 f250 and it seems to be gone. I am the 4th owner so I don't know if it was there and was removed or if it was ever there. I hope Leavy20 can come up with that e-mail addy. I wish I had known about this a long time ago. With all the trucks I've owned I could have started a wall of fame.

If you want a list of all factory installed options---
I emailed Ford several years ago and they gave me a complete list of all of the factory installed options and the actual day of manufacture.
This will not be an actual build sheet-because they will not give you a factory codes for each option-it will be listed in regular English and will not be in the build sheet format.
Ford needs the VIN, of course, and your snailmail address-because Ford will only snailmail you the option information on your vehicle.I think that it took two weeks to get a response back from Ford on their official Ford letterhead letter.
i found it in another forum though i cant remember where though.
make sure you write what you want to know i basicly said i want a build sheet.
give vehicle details and vin#
and lastly return contact info.
i wrote my name address phone# and email.
though this doesn't mean it will work i will find that out in two days i guess. and post more.
