For anybody interested I just ordered 4 HID headlight set-ups form http://www.retro-solutions.com/ and he made a Promo code of "FTE" for people on the site that will get you 10% off his headlight kits.

yes they are plug and play 55W high/low beams..this will bring you from the 99-04 to the 05-07 set up..can be changed back to stock with no cut wires..

The good news is the deal is indefinate per Todd, I asked specifically if there would be a deadline and he said no.
I also ordered the H13 (2005 headlight) 55W kit with the 9007 (2002 headlight) pigtails so that it is all plug and play.
With shipping and all the leds I ordered for the cab and camper I spent over $800 with Todd today.
