IH bellowed up-pipe problem?

IH bellowed up-pipe problem?
I have my turbo reinstalled with up-pipes connected to the back of the turbo (v clamp), but my drivers side up-pipe to exhaust manifold is off about 1/2 high. I was able to pry the pipe into place to get the bolts in loose.
My question is, will I be ok to suck the upipe down and in, or will this damage my new up-pipes?

Everthing is loose right now, I am thinking maybe if I torque the turbo down, it may line up? I will have to try it, if not will pulling that pipe down and in 1/2" damage the up-pipe?

I used a rope to pull the up-pipe down far enough to get the bolts in on the up-pipes. Once you get the up-pipes bolts in tighten the clamp on turbo. Up-pipes will line up when tightening the bolts. Don't forget to use never-siez.
