I prefer tabassco. My local BBQ shop has a pretty good homebrew though.

If you do mean Hot shot's secret, I just tried it for preventitive measures. I did the oil change (amsoil 15W40), and added 1/2 bottle of HSS. I changed the fuel filters at the same time. So far (about 200 miles) I have picked up about .6 mpg, on the lie o meter. I changed from the winter 5W to the summer 15W, so I thought the increase was nice, usually its the other way around. Starts as before (good), no real change so far - but I wasn't expecting alot either, just wanted to ensure the injectors are clean inside and out (oh yeah - I used the fuel conditioner 404 firepower also). My 06 has about 58k miles. I think if you have injector issues, or rough starts it would be a good first try, as it was developed for Navistar for the 6.0 specifically for stiction issues. Because my truck was running fine, they suggested just the 1/2 bottle preventitive method. I thought it was worthwhile because the injectors are the heart of this engine, and if they are working well, you've got half the battle.
