A couple scenery shots from the weekend... First one is at the Missouri River overlook on Hwy 37 on the SD/NE border near Springfield, SD.
Second shot is my favorite view of Nebraska... in the rearview mirror, lol. Taken at the border on Hwy 15 just south of Vermillion, SD.

I remember going across that once, when I was dating someone whose family was from Santee, NE. I also remember that bridge being on the NBC nightly news, on their "Fleecing of America" segment, for being such a waste.

A waste? But I would have gotten wet trying to get across the river if it wasn't there! 
It is a pretty cool looking bridge from the scenic overlook... at least they let you see what they waste money on!
