i should add, that the dents all along the tailgate and rear corners of the bed rails is all from the gooseneck. its a little too short for my truck, so i cant raise the neck anymore. on level ground there is 4" of clearance at the back of the bed. hopefully a superduty sits lower than the OBS. i may need to sell the trailer and get a taller one.

that is the dumbest hitch setup i have ever seen! at that point you should just get a bumper pull! if it was a serious issue for me i would just get a flatbed, or what we plan on doing in a few years is having a trailer custom built.

I have an old 45' box trailer in back we could start modifying that, you could probaly fit like 20 horses in it. Maybe more if you lay them down and strap them real good.

Well the 2001 needed replacing. If I dont spend it the IRS takes it. The truck I bought though is amazing. 2011 F550 4x4 11ft body, crane, compressor, I was hoping it would be delivered by Thursday, so I could have it lettered, and switch over tools, we are headed back to Maine Sunday.
BTW, I have a 2001 F350, 4x4, 7.3, 6 speed standard, flatbed, tool boxes, needs some TLC. Good Cash Offers accepted

i have been looking at this truck, its perfect, but i think they are asking a few thousand too much for what it is and the mileage, compared to other trucks i have found. is white really worth 3,000 more?
