fuel filter change

hey guys, i need some help here. I have a 95 F-150 ext cab with dual tanks, im trying to change the fuel filter and messed with it for a few days now and just about over it. I know the ford fuel lines are a pain and i have changed the filter on all my fords but this one is the worst yet. Anybody know of a good tool? i have the scissor type and a metal round one but i cant get in between the filter and coupling. i have dropped the skid plate for the front tank since they thought it was a good idea to put it between the tank and frame rail, but just can get either tool in to release it

use the scissor tool and put it in/on the line press line and tool in simotaniously. pull line away.

sometimes you can get crap in there and I found if you spray some WD40 into where the spring is at it helps.

i´ve changed mine last saturday. The output side of the filter have good clearence for the tool, but inlet side not. So i loose a little the front fuel tank so it lowers enough to pass the filter with the inlet hose attached under it and get enogh space to work.
