turbo needed

SO, towing my 5th wheel I noticed that the EGT's were higher than normal. Boost was low. I pulled the intake and found that the compressor wheel was contacting the housing. There is between 1/4 and 1/2 inch end play and side to side play is there too. I don't know if I can rebuild this one or not. Going to the shop to pull it now. If I can rebuild I'm going that route. But, just in case, anyone have anything from stock to an upgrade they would like to sell?
I just need a towing machine, not a race car. I'd really like to not use the WW. Rather have the ATS housing.

Got the turbo apart. The end play allowed the WW to contact the housing. Looking through the parts, what should be in place to minimize end play?

How bad did it contact the housing? Any pics? Depending on damage you might be able to just rebuild. Then again, if you are going with a ported housing and rebuild ect you might as well start looking for a 38R almost.

Thanks to everyone for the responses!!! I have a turbo on the way. I'll post a few pics of the damage here in a few days to see if it is rebuildable. I know the WW is trashed. The turbine wheel was rubbing against the oil housing? So that may be toast too.

Thanks fro the offer. If the turbo is salvageable I will need a wheel. I'll let you know when I post pics and get input.

With everything out of the way I went ahead and spent the 50 cents under the valve covers and re-torqued everything.

I plan to gut the EBPV and remove the flap in the exhaust housing too based on this thread.

Got the AIH removal pug on the way too.

pics added

got another turbo (thanks Joey) and a turbo rebuild kit (thanks Clay). Once I got the turbo apart it was obvious that it didn't need rebuilding but I was already in there...
If the links work, here's a few pics. The thrust bearing is way gone. What would make that happen on a truck with only 120k? I have done regular oil changes.
The bearing cover is worn and cracked, the wheel is a few ounces lighter
