ok i got a 1992 f 350 7.3 w e4od tach quit working comes and goes replaced tach sensor. have checked every conection i can think of exept at pcm does any one no wher that is? checked plugs at tranny changed gauge cluster tach still comes and goes anyone ever seen this before? been fighting this for 3 weeks now. when i start it up in morning works fine tell it heats up.

I just switched the relays around...think I just might have found the problem..will see, scratch that wasn't that either!!

There is a voltage regulator for the gauge cluster that can make the gauges inaccurate when it goes bad, might be that.

My taco-meter don't work either but I think it will be a simple fix
