2006 e350 transmission

what kind of transmission is in it and how much fluid does it take for a complete flush or just a regular change? ... it has a 5.4 and the transmission oil pan has 14 bolts if im not mistaken ... oh and are there any guides on here or any other site for a complete flush of this transmission?
