Oops, maybe I said that too loose.
What I meant is double the rpm's and degrees but don't double the vacuum reading, 20" is 20".
BTW my Sun machine needs new bearings, know where I can get some?

It has to be Mike, 16 degrees at 4000 rpm is toooo little, and that's the max spec. Distributer degrees and rpm are one-half engine degrees and rpm.
My '72 service specifications book makes a note in the advance tables, it says distributer rpms in the rpm column and camshaft or distributer degrees in the degree column. Your numbers are correct.
Anyway, I really appreciate the offer! I have yet to dig into it and see what the bearings look like.
