What is this?
So i found this peice of card like paper behind the seat of my truck the other day and i was wondering what it was?

This question has been asked before, and I don't think anyone had any resources to decode it that time either. I imagine it had something to do with the truck's assembly as it went down the line, maybe like an "electronic" build sheet.
Mike is right about it being a punch card though. Punch cards were a very early form of storing digital data for computers - a hole referred to a 0 or 1 (not sure which).
