what do you guys think of the price? have you ever used this vendor? should i get the clamps? or have it welded in place? Is there a better option....i think straight pipe will be too loud for my taste.

I have one, bought it at O'Reilly's. Read that this would be a good option vs. a complete system, at least for my uses. I would think of doing a straight pipe also, several folks like that option. I had mine welded, just have whoever turn the "S" part of the exhaust turned over and it will align.

thanks....i called store here and they were a little more expensive. had they had it in stock i would probably get it from them just for convenience

Do you have a NAPA store close by? IIRC the NAPA price was pretty reasonable, and I used that as leverage to get a better price @ O'reilly's. Looks like the price has gone up a bit though.
