Looks great...just gotta get the toolbox back in the bed...If you are in need of one...holler...or detail on them as I just cleaned up another yesterday...what all do you have as far as leftover parts ??
No gaskets around for the toolbox...Ive been hunting for years...I would take a cross section of the original and see what the 67-72 box or 73-9 box gasket looks like...if you need parts for the box itself, let me know...as for removing the rubber...if you havent already...get a GOOD fitting phillips for those screws to undo the weatherstrip retainers top and bottom.
What kind of primer did you use on it??? it being galvanized I would think would require a special primer. As for the screws...again...a good fitting #3 phillips will do it...I use a bit that fits in a small socket and use a ratchet to get them out...does your bed have the doubler on the bottom that the toolbox screws into ?? If you can, shoot me a pic...
Also, if you want specs for the welting on it, let me know...I just seperated another box from the bedside remains and took a ton of pics.
Keep me posted on the parts you are gonna be parting with when you can.
