No start issues.
hey guys, I made a post a about a week ago about the fuel line blowing off. Well I seem to have that problem stoped. Not sure if it's fixed, but it's not blowing off. Anyways...
I can't get the darn thing to start. Before we pulled the motor out it was starting and running fine. it just leaked oil like crazy. so heres what i've done.
We didn't have spark so I traced it to the the coil and replaced it. now I have strong spark to the distributor and to the spark plugs. She turns over fine and chugs and chugs and chugs, no sputter, no nothing. I put my head down near the fuel pump and it clicks one time. I have read that it's suppose to click twice??
I need to check the fuel pressure. But I'm looking for other possible places to look if thats not it? Thanks guys.

I also checked the firing order twice to make sure it was right, which it is. The shut-off button is down (inerista switch). When we had the motor out. all we did was replace a bunch of gaskets: oil pan, valve cover, theromstat.
I'm thinking maybe the fuel pressure regulator??
