Fuel pressures

Why does the gauge read more pressure when the engine is cold? What is the ideal pressure to run hybrid injectors?

Most people run their pressure between 60-65 psi. Doesn't matter that you are running hybrids. Personally, I wouldn't set it below 55 psi or above 70 psi.

Not sure why it's reading higher when cold. Could just be the regulator drops a tad bit of pressure as it warms up.

Most people with hybrids usually recommend around 60 psi or so for hybrids. I think even a few sponsors recommend 60 psi minimum for best performance. Somewhere between 60-75 psi and call it good.

I've noticed that too. At startup when the engine is cold, mine has about 5psi more of pressure then after the motor is warmed up and it's driven. I'm going to adjust mine to where it's at 65psi when hot. Which will be 68-70psi cold.

Exactly what mine does, I think I have mine set at 63psi with engine hot

I don't feel like making a new thread so I'll ask here,

I just noticed this today, The truck runs great, breaks the tires lose at 30 on the lowest setting, but when i'm WOT (lowest setting) at 80-90mph the truck feels like it wants to go, then feels like it will slow down a tad, then kick in again. Feels like your bouncing off a mini rev limiter. Fuel pressure holds good, ICP pressure is around 3,500, boost a tad under 30

What mods to you have done? 3500 ICP, that's dang good. Not sure on your "hesitation".
