Short answer: No. In '65, Ford changed the entire frame, steering, suspension and drivetrain mounting, so that there is only a superficial resemblance between the '65/'66 and the earlier models.
Almost nothing is backwards compatible after '64 except fenders and some odds and ends such as trim.

Only if it is a 66 F250 4x4 will the cab be the same as the 64. The 66 F100 4x4 cab is the same as a 65/66 2wd cabs.
