coolant leak
I have a lot of coolant dripping off the front of the oil pan on my 90 Ranger 2.9L. I think its the waterpump but am not sure. Is there a way to check to know for sure? Thanks

Try pressurizing your cooling system, then you should be able to see it. The water pump has a weep hole in the bottom
of the shaft housing, this is where they normally leak...

Those 2.9's are knowen for there heads getting little cracks in them so check you oil for coolent hopfully its just a water pump gasket. Then do a pressure check also you can get this coolent die stuff that turns a differnt color so you can see where the coolent is coming out anyways good luck!
