25% off of everything at NAPA this weekend!

NAPA is having a sale this weekend, 25% off of everything! I finally picked up a Rapid cool ATP 17511Tranny cooler, 2 gallons of anti freeze, 18' of heater hose for ccv, a vacaume shutoff valve for the heater hoses for the a/c mod, vacume line, new battery for the quad, 2 new R/V batteries for the trailer, 18 quarts of tranny fluid, 8 gallons of Valvoline full synthetic oil, 2 oil filters and 2 fuel filters.... I just couldn't stop after i found out about the 25% off the entire bill. Saved almost $200.00 out the door!!!

Hey Bergerson, I was looking into this, how hard was it to install, and how is it working for you? Because of financial reasons, I can't afford the OEM 6.0 Cooler. Apparently my tranny is over heating, and I know the stock cooler is 9 rows, the 6.0 is 26 rows, but NOwhere can I find anything about this Napa one, do you know how many rows it has?

I purchased the
Tru-Cool 4739 MAX

from DIESELSITE for $136.99 shipped back in 6/2006. It has worked great for me on many long RV pulling trips. I don't see it on their site now though. It came with everything needed to install. Maybe Bob (DIESELSITE OWNER) can help you out.

Glad I am not the only one that thought that.

Would have made my wife's wheel bearings much cheaper!

No need to apologize I am just glad I noticed it was from 2010 and didn't go down to Napa on Saturday and start yelling at people.

Anyways, looks like Napa offers a few universal trans coolers...

NAPA AUTO PARTS

None look all that big. How bad is your trans overheating? When is it over heating?

Bang for your buck the tru-cool is almost unbeatable.

I didn't notice it was an old thread. No wonder I couldn't find it on the internet. And I was worried about the Tru-Cool derail.....
