Question on tranny
I bought this truck used while the previous owner built the truck with all the best parts possible. I have a question on how good the transmission is in this truck.
The receipt says this truck has a:
-Sun coast complete transmission
part# 4r100-2x/4x
$2572
-mag hytec pan
-sun coast triple loc converter
$1295
-extreme 6.0 cooler
$360
What kind of power can this transmission take. since I only have a hypertech 3 programmer set to stage 2?
Along with the truck is a bunch of others that the PO said where the best of the best!

That trans should be able to take anything that programmer can dish out. It shouldn't over tax it at all. I don't have the Suncoast converter, but have the Suncoast rebuild kit and a few upgrades. It handles the mods, I have, just fine.
