Carb spacer problem

Carb spacer problem

Ok I installed a 1" carb spacer to my rebuilt 351. Has an edelbrock 600 and performer intake. I disconnected the hose from the valve cover to the front of the carb. It runs like crap in the lower rpms. Will the valve cover to carb hose make it run like that?? WTF! Help guys!

If it went to the pvc valve then it needs to hooked back up or plugged and a breather put in the valve cover where the pcv was..

Thats what I did, and it is idling rough and takes off sputtering.

Did you an open spacer? If so not good.
