The ECT's plastic completely sheared off of the brass portion, and it's driving better but I still have a problem at 30MPH while vacuum is at 10, it keeps acting like it's trying to shift but can't and the CEL comes on sometimes when it's happening the worst but the OverDrive Off light does not flash or light up to indicate a fault.
I checked my codes again, and after a test drive I have two new ones that haven't popped up before, 332 and 634. And Hurrah, I'm finally getting 111 System Pass too.
I cleared them out again and I'll test drive again to see how it goes and post the results.
332:
EGR valve opening not detected.
634:
Transmission Manual Lever Position Sensor circuit out of self test.
D'oh. Wouldn't you know it! The last thing that one thinks of to try works!
I read around and I have found not all EGR Valve Position Sensors are equal, some are longer than others and sometimes dual O-rings are required! As well as not to overtorque the small bolts, just enough to keep'em in place!
