91 ranger fuel pump issues

Ok i havent looked here but my lil bro has a bagged 91 ranger and the fuel pump is hardly puttin out any pressure all of a sudden, he replaced the pump and the relay and still does the same thing, any ideas would be great got to get it to a show sunday.

we tried another pump and it now works but idles rough im thinkin maybe a fuel filter now and no its been bagged since last year

the fuel filters never get changed enough a lot of times they get clogged and burn the pumps out. change the filter and see if that clears it up. if not post the new info and we can see if we can figure it out......check for codes if you can
