2000 F250 Battery problem
I have a 2000 F250 v10 that was an old sheriff's truck. I just bought it and trying to get it on the road. I drove it home with a jump start no problem. I replaced the battery and now when I start it it leaks battery acid out from under neath both fill covers. Any ideas why?

sounds like the voltage regulator is toast and is frying the battery, definitely get that check, it might have already damaged the new battery. be very careful around that battery. Also welcome to fte, if these guys on here can't figure it out then it is not a ford
