I just picked up a strange vibration in my front end, or at least that feels like where it is coming from. It seems to be coming from the right front wheel area. I feel it front 0 mph up to about 15 mph then it goes away. It come back again when I brake and get down below 15 mph. I had it up on the jack, nothing seems loose or broken. I had my local tire guy / mechanic take a look at it. He could not find anything loose anywhere when he had it up on the rack. Any other ideas where to look. It feels like my right front tire is going over rumble strips.

OK, two garages and now solution. The latest garage told me that the harmonic balancer on my engine is toast and that needs replaced. Could that be the problem?
