How much would you pay!

Hey guys a buddy of mine is wanting to sell me two trucks, im interested, but i don't know if what he is asking is a good deal. He tries to sell everything for gold. He's got an 86 F350 crew cab long bed 4x4 rust free auto. It has a crate 6.9 with less than 3000 miles on it. The truck had sat for years and now needs ip work. He also has an 89 f250 extended cab 7.3 5-speed 4x4. Its been wrecked and needs a bumper, grill, steering box, and radiator. The body is rough and interior is shot. 156000
He wants 3500 for both, and wont sell separate. What you guys think? Good deal or not?

haha well if the older one is as good as he says i would buy um and sell the 6.9 for what you paid for both... or a little more maybe and use the money to fix up the 7.3....

I think It's a good deal...1750 a truck not to bad.....I'd keep the 86 CC and fix up the 89 and sell it......or you could keep them both and have a nice play toy

I would think the rust free 86 with a nearly fresh motor with a cc is probably worth most of the 3500 on its' own. I vote for the buy.

I'd get them and combine them, if the 7.3 runs good, throw the good parts and the 5spd into the CC.

Buy'em both, part out the 7.3 truck and with the money buy a turbo kit and a Gear Vendors C-6 O/D unit.
