OBD--NO ouput

OBD--NO ouput
Plugged in my code reader and there is no output it will not power up, tried another one from a mate and this is the same, is it possible that the obd is at fault or ?

I think those are usually powered from the same fuse as the cigarette lighter, which isn't too hard to blow, not %100 sure if thats the case on the F-150 though, just start checking fuses.
