Unhappy No fuel?

I have a 1987 Ford Econoline 150 Esquire conversion van with a 460 fuel injected engine. The van wil not start. It will by spraying starting fluid, which indicates no fuel. Does this van have electric fuel pumps on it? It does have duel tanks and I have tried both and YES it has fuel in the tanks. Usually you can hear an electric fuel pump when it kicks on but I hear nothing. Anyone have any idea's? Thanks!

No fuel?

if it is like my 88 it has three pumps. one low pressure one in each tank and one booster pump on the frame under drivers seat.i would start at the pump relay under the hood or the fuel pump reset button on pass side kick panel.i believe if you put power to the tan wire going into the pump relay it will make the pumps run. try this for starters. i had same problem ended up being in the harness.all the junction plugs on my van where rotted and corroded off took a long time to get it right
