Expect 11-16mpg depending on how you drive & what mods you do. You can stay to the high end of that range by adding a drop-in K&N, insulating the fresh-air ducts, and putting in a free-flowing exhaust.

Gas Mileage
I've seen anywhere from 10-20 mpg on f-150s. Depends really on how hard you drive. Average is about 13-16. All three engines get close to the same mileage on average. They get different numbers for different situations but overall it's pretty close.
