I ran brand new line, and no theres no kinks in it. I think i found a problem though, I think the orings on the pressure chamber are shot, i have wet seepage around both of those, and that would cause a drop in boost and an incorrect reading. I'll check that sometime this week. Thanks for the help guys!
how are you checking for boost? Just in your driveway reving it up or are you actually driving it? You try putting a little weight behind it(trailer) and see if it shows boost?
yep.... thats why i wanted to see how he is trying to get boost. first time i hooked my gauge up i thought it was broken. i was NOT happy til i figured out it needed a load to do anything.

I did the same dang thing when I hooked up my boost guage.
Then I will have to try under load. I didn't think of that. I was definately reving it in the driveway looking for boost. that explains alot. I am going to replace the two orings on the pressure chamber, then I'll try again. Thanks again!
Yep, after havong replaced the o-rings on the pressure chamber, I got 12 PSI on a 55 to 80 MPH run today. and thats at 3,762 Ft above sea level. Big difference in power.
