After reading this forum for the last couple months I have learned alot and have dug in to my first diesel repairs. I have had my 04 King Ranch for 2 months and love it , but after 76000 miles I had to do the EGR delete due to loss of coolant and white smoke. So far I have added the coolant filter and the EGR delete and just installed my Edge Insight last weekend. So now you guessed it I am 14 to 18 degrees split on my EOT and ECT with normal highway driving. My question is I know I need to do the oil cooler kit but I have been unable to locate a post that explains the procedure. I appreciate all the info I have read here and look forward to hearing your replies.

If you remember the steps for the EGR delete, your all set. A leaking EGR cooler is a sign that your oil cooler is clogged, they should always be done together.
Pull the filter housing and the intake and your right there at it.
Check your HPOP screen while you are there. Ford has a "upgraded" one out now that is stainless instead of plastic. FYI I have seen the new one fail to but it is still a big improvement over the original one.
