01 Exp. with LLS (four corners)... front air shocks were replaced a few months back because the front end acts like there's no shocks at all. Handling bad!!... bouncy and rebounds like a basketball. It want's to steer left when rebounding from a hard flex of the suspension. It definitely needs to be tightened up.
So, new pair of Monroe's installed and still has the same problem. Y'all have any ideas on where a guy would start trobleshooting or ???? BTW: no sagging on either side, BUT with the torsion bars - would that even be something you could see?.. Thanks fellas.<!-- google_ad_section_end --><!-- / message -->

Is the ride height the same or is it lower now than before? If you push on the rear airsprings with your thumb does it give or is the spring rock hard?
The torsion bars can be adjusted as can the ride height by playing with the sensors on the front and back.
Ride height has never changed.. Still raises and lowers as ussual. Rear bags are very solid and perform well. Still tows my boat level and solid (6000lbs).
I'm pretty sure the air system is working properly.
Now, there's 120K miles on it. Is there a need to adjust the torsion bars, or replace them??
Exaclty how do the torsion bars affect the suspension??.. I'm sure I know the answer, but I'd like to hear that I'm right/wrong.
Also, I replaced the lower joints. Upper arms are needing too. If they're sloppy - would it have anything to do with the problem I'm explaining?

It all depends on how bad the upper arms are. If they are real bad and the upper ball joints are worn out too it could lower the front about 3/4" and maybe more.
The torsion bars are your main suspension support in the front, they are your "springs" and can be adjusted.

I tried to include an illustration from my manual above but it didn't work.
If you get under the truck you will see adjusting screws/bolts at the front of the bars. You would be best off if you had a front end or suspension shop do any adjusting.
Thanks, Mel!
Sounds like the "uppers" are the obvious next step. Think I'll run by a suspension shop and let em have a look. Will need an alignment after the uppers, anyway.
You've reassured my findings, Thanks, man!

Have you ever greased the idler arm? If its bone dry that may be where the slop is coming from. As the suspension flexes its prolly letting the toe change...................just my $.02
