Leveling kit or crank the torsion bars?

Hello guys! I'm relatively new to the forum, I have spend most of the time reading and learning! there are really good stuff here!
Now, I want to level my 98 F150 SCab 4x4 and put some 33's, so my question is what is the best way to level it? I have measure the truck and I need about 2" in the front to level it...

yes or something like the roughcountry that includes a 1" rear block, I know that including that block wont make it level but i just want to fit 33's
