1994 f150 327 code
i have a 1994 std cab long bed f150 with 4.9l 6 cyl and 228,000 miles on it (4x2). the truck has sat for 3 years and im finally getting it going. since ive gotten it running again i am getting a error code 327 (both koeo and koer tests). it did not have a check engine light before i parked it but now since getting it up and running im getting that check engine light with code 327? any ideas for a simple fix? i have a haynes manual that tells me its a evp cirucuit below minimum voltage code but im not sure what to change out. every forum i read say to check voltages and such and im not very electrically inclined. im a grease monkey that changes out parts. any help would be much appreciated. i need to get this truck smogged but cant with a check engine light.

forgot to add
the truck runs great besides the check engine light. it starts right up and has good throttle response. i noticed when i got on the freeway the llight would go off and come back on occassionally

Use this for reference: EGR Valve Position sensor (EVP)
DTC 327 indicates the EVP feedback signal is below .20 Volts DC when the EGR valve is in the closed position. Check the signal at the EVP connector with a Digital Volt Meter. With the Key in the ON position measure between the EVP signal pin and Signal Return as illustrated in that web link. You will need to keep everything connected, back probe the wires at the connector.
