My stock 1973 F-100 sits up a little in rear.I would like to just level it out.Should I remove the longest leaf or the short thick leaf on bottom?Anybody been there and done this? Thanks,Russell

 

I took out the short, thick bottom leaf. Now i have very little weight capacity though but it looks cool!

 

What year truck do you have and do you have pictures? Thanks,Russell

The truck I am referring has a 76 F150 frame/springs/etc. with a 73 long bed body on it. I don't have any pic's of it, I seldom take it out of the garage, maybe I will have time on Sunday afternoon. I will shoot you one if I do.

One option is a drop spring mount.

 

I put the rear shackle kit on mine and it leveled right out. Full load cap also.
