Ken- I haven't gotten to put to many miles on it but the 3-4 gap doesn't seem bad. And I'm used to driving 5 speeds. Not sure if it will get exaggerated when i put bigger tires on it. But man that 302 is gutless. I ripped all the emissions off but then i was reading another post about how depending on which emissions system it comes with theres and actuator on the carb that will basically put it in limp mode and also retard the timing if you rip everything off. Theres definitely an actuator or something on the carb but not sure if thats it. Doesn't really matter though im waiting for a good deal on a intake and 4 barrel to come along.
Also on the subject of t-18s i was kinda curious if anybody actually uses the PTO on here? Does anybody make a hydraulic pump to run off the pto? I think it would be pretty awesome to get that and use a hydraulic winch or something. Haven't really been able to find anything though
