p.m. on this site?

Yes, toggle on the fella's name - a menu will scroll down below the name (name: ie jnldr). Pick "PM". Opens up a new screen to mesg to that individual.

Welcome to the site. Sounds like UR keepin it slow n doin the # 1 job - Research!

What do U want the truck for? I understand: some but minimal towing, learnin to do some mechanics, cheep transportation, what else? Seems like U wanna tear an engine apart (why, 2 make it your own? That may B expensive).

hi ya chad, long time, you know i clean forgot. you know i,ve never tried it on gas. maybe i,ll throw it out there and get the fellas mechanical thoughts. i think it might be hard on the ex valves. not really sure. it would be easy to build though. BUT, we sure can get one fer four diesel if one comes home good talkin at ya chad. i,ll be around, i might do a search on gas and see if its even possible. if it is. we will have all the boys saving pads and shoes on the cheap paul

chad, paul here,

let me do it like this, i did not know you had the big D. don,t really matter, iv,e always been able to follow you, thick or thin you understand, hey, chad, i got issue,s to. for me it,s heavey duty meds. i,ve been before the alcohol police myself before on this site. but the deal is, i do not hold it agin them, because at face value, sometimes it doe,s sound like we are out to lunch. but you see, these boys are healthy, they have no issue,s, some day, da shoe will be on de udder feet, and i know you and me will cut more slack. it,s just life, its all good, and everything is gonna be okay. no harm no foul me, i down with you, i,ll talk to ya anytime. no problem bro. after the dust settles, we will go back to the exhaust brake thing. fair enough. i have much to say, and personally, your thoughts and questions make perfect sense to me. best i,ve heard yet. i want to finish this mechanical point, but after we take our whatever, sheeeeet, think about poor joey. a good guy asking legit valid mechanical ??? with his pride and ego in his back 40. poor guy, i hope he reads this, and keeps posting. our politics aint his fault. BRING it on joey, we will hang and tell you the thruth. just read between the lines, or ASK young man, i figure me and chriss are strait up, no matter if it aint just proper so. life is short, i say we ALL help this young man. he sounds decent to me. sheeeeeeet chris, hope i did not put you in the trick bag over this one. you are in my eye,s a FRIEND. later paul md.

Great, the more the merrier.

OK, 1 last 1, then 'clear the air' for this thread's topic:

Paul -
R U in 'the hill country'?
I see the "md' and assume that stands 4 the state of Maryland, my home state (1952-1960). If you're out Cumberland way - now, that's some hills.
