I have seen one, but I think that it was only available for a year or two and only in a 2wd possibly a dually. There were a lot of things that the truck had to be in order to get one.
There are F350 ex cabs out there. All the ones I've seen are duallys and Centurion conversions, not factory rigs.
The TTB isn't too bad, I had good luck with them but I never owned a PSD with TTB. If you want an ex cab with a straight axle the D60 swap is real common and not too much work.
I hate the D50. I had one under my f250. My truck has 4.5 inches of lift and needless to say it started wearing out the outside edge of my 35, 12.50s real bad and thats after I had miss alignment bushing put in, I also had the drop bracket installed for the center pivot. So I just put a KPD 60 under it and got rid of that junk D50. I also had a friend that had to change out the center pivot bushing on his D50 every 2000 miles until he did a D60 swap
