2001 f350 gp problem
i have a 2001 f350 with a 7.3 and i couldnt pass smog because of the sevice engine light. i have a code reader and im gettin codes for cylinders 2 4 6 and 8 saying glow plug open circuit. Please does anyone know where i should start ? i just dont understand why i have an entire bank of cylinders with codes. i could see one or two cylinders with bad glow plugs but one entire bank doesnt make sence to me. does this even mean my glow plugs are bad ? its a hassle to get started if it sits for more than a day on cool mornings, just puffs white smoke and only hits on a few cylinders for a while before it lights up. then the service engine light comes on with these codes. thanks for any help.
